Happy September Rotarians!! We have the Money! The long-awaited CPG Funding is here!! Notice arrived in our District Treasurer’s Email confirming our requested District Designated Funds (DDF) of $52,066 have been transferred to our Rotary 5830 District Restricted Account by The Rotary Foundation, August 25th, and our District Treasurer is in the process of sending each Club their requested and approved Club Project Grant (CPG) Funds. It’s time to go to work!
Please remember when receiving and depositing the funds they must go into a separate checking account, a restricted bank account requiring two signatures, and never go into your Club Operations Bank Account.
You will need to follow the outline of your CPG Plan as approved and as soon as your Club Project Grant is finished, please complete and return the Final Report to us no later than 30 days after your CPG Grant is complete. If not all the funds from the CPG Grant were used, a check from your separate restricted account needs to accompany the Final Report The very latest time for you to send that to us will now be May 1. If you need a special extension to this, based on when your CPG is taking place, please let Pamela or Jack
know within the next month. By receiving the funds earlier, the reports are due earlier. Most importantly, have fun, make the world better and create lasting impact.
