Former U.S. solicitor general and independent counsel Kenneth W. Starr speaks to Rotarians at a luncheon organized by the Rotary Club of Tyler on Thursday, December 13, 2018. In August 1994, Starr became independent counsel responsible for overseeing several investigations involving the Clinton Administration, including Whitewater and the Monica Lewinsky scandal.
Funds raised at the event will be used for the East Texas Food Bank repackaging room.
