Rotary Club of Tyler had all six students who attended RYLA Camp provide insight and share their experiences with their members. These students, 4 from John Tyler High School; John Tyler - Julia Argote, Francisco Leon, Miguel Bailon, and Christopher Clark; 2 from All Saints Episcopal School Sarah Huckabee and Ben Kiblinger were probably the most outstanding participants we have had in many years.

A huge thank you to Youth Service Directors Bill Paschall and King Ramey, Mary Burch and Hemant Patel for interviewing many students and selecting these fine individuals. The universal theme with all of them is how RYLA has made them a better person and they have made lifelong friendships. They are ready willing and able to return to RYLA next year as counselors!
Rotarians from the Rotary Club of Tyler participated in a “paint by number” event at our local Carter Blood Care Facility. The project was spearheaded by the Director of Operations, Clinton McCoy, a member of our club, and Community Service Director Ashlea Wilson. Rotarians met for fellowship, dinner, and a tour of the facility prior to painting the wall that was designed by Ashlea Wilson. Clinton McCoy put the finishing touch on the wall with the Rotary Wheel and quote. Patrons are sharing positive comments when they walk into the lobby to see such a bright colorful wall and the Rotary message!
Tyler Rotary Club's 100th year Centennial Celebration on May 2nd, 2020 will be at Hollytree Country Club.
