All, our district conference is fast approaching. Highlights include a wine and cheese social on Friday evening and then a pick and choose slate of events on Saturday morning followed by our typical luncheon at noon. Our planned time to adjourn is Saturday at 2:15.
The Saturday slate of events starts with a continental breakfast and registration at 8:30 followed by various events for your members and guests to choose from beginning at 9:00 A.M. 
 
Option One: 9:00 A.M. to 11:50 A.M. Cornholio for Polio. Cornhole tournament with prizes for the winning team. Players are encouraged to donate to PolioPlus. 

Option Two: 9:00 A.M. to 11:50 A.M. Go explore SE Oklahoma. There are many things to do in this area and they include the Showman Cemetery in Hugo, the Endangered Ark Foundation (elephant sanctuary) in Hugo, canoeing on the Little River at Hochatown, casinos in the area, golf at Cedar Creek Golf Course (Beaver Bend State Park), tours of the Museum of the Red River, learning events for children at the museum, acrylic painting class, Beaver Bend State Park, and others. If any of your members are planning on attending any events off site, I encourage them to make their reservations (where needed) promptly.  

Option Three: 9:00 A.M. to 11:50. Local service project, details to follow.

Option Four: 9:00 to 10:50 A.M. Rotary Trivial Pursuit with prizes to the winning team.

11:00 A.M. to 11:50 A.M. Breakout session on Heart2Heart, Guatemala projects, international service, the annual fund and polio.

Lunch will begin promptly at noon and our guest speaker will be Enrique Garcia, a Heart2Heart Advocate from Guadalajara, Mexico. During the luncheon, awards/recognition will be given to our Rotary Citation Awards winners, District Service Award winners, Polio Posse contest winners, Rotarian of the Year, and the Bill Campbell Award for the most outstanding club in 5830 this past year.  
 
The registration fee for Rotarians and non-Rotarian partners is $50 which is an outstanding value. Hotel information is available in the attached flyer.
