What’s your LUCKY 13?? MAY 13!!

Our District Training Assembly will be LUCK-Y for incoming club officers and members. Zig Ziglar said that LUCK is LABORING UNDER CORRECT KNOWLEDGE. Well, register now for the DTA so you get the knowledge needed for a successful Rotary Year 2023-24. Sign up for TRACK 3: MEMBERSHIP AND PUBLIC IMAGE.
A bit of history (this year): the vast majority of clubs that had membership gains had specific MEMBERSHIP GOALS posted in My Rotary. It is easy to post and is a key qualifier for your club’s Rotary Presidential Citation.

With an eye on club officer installations and a new Rotary year, it’s a perfect time to check out the Rotary.org resources, especially in the Membership topic. Look for the CLUB PLANNING ASSISTANT to work on how your club ATTRACTS new members and ENGAGES current members. Also, an excellent tool is the CLUB HEALTH CHECK to use as a survey of your members. Don’t forget to plan a CLUB VISIONING event for the new year to put clarity, consensus and continuity in place for your club for the next 3 years.

Consider an evening satellite club to allow time-restricted, service-minded people to join Rotary. Your monthly socials would be a great time to have a Rotary “introduction”/satellite planning event.
