Did you know that the Rotary Club Of Marshall Texas will be celebrating 100 years of Rotary service this coming August 24th, or, that, among the hundreds of projects initiated by the Marshall club, one of the most profound was having the courage to induct two women (Carolyn Abney and Patti Harris) into Rotary as probably the the first two woman in Texas to be inducted into Rotary in August of 1987, and one of those two women, Patti Harris will be present at this celebration event?

The theme of our centennial banquet is "Celebrating a Century of Changing Lives in Marshall and Beyond".  Rotary International President , 2019-1920, Mark Maloney will be our speaker, and his wife, Gay, who is a Rotarian as well, will be present.

The word "Beyond" includes hundreds of female Rotarians like you in our district, and the story behind it (Attached) is fascinating.

Would you please consider joining Mark and his wife Gay, and Patti Harris that night to be an historic part of helping us celebrate the breaking of the gender barrier in Rotary?  It is only a short drive for such an exciting and profound experience.

The banquet and is being held at the Marshall Convention Center, 2501 E End Blvd S, Marshall TX 75672
Tickets are $50.00 and payment by credit card is allowed.
