District 5830 PDG Carroll G. Fletcher November 24, 1928 - July 24,2021.
 
District Rotarians remembering PDG Carroll as an Outstanding Leader and Friend.
 
In a letter to the family, DG Mike said, "On behalf of Rotary International District 5830, I would like to express our sincere appreciation and thanks to the family of Carrol Fletcher for his dedication to Rotary International and service to the Rotarians of District 5830. Our deepest condolences are with you in this difficult time. There are no words that can adequately thank Carol and his family for the sacrifices they made to further the purposes of Rotary. May he rest in peace and may all of his family find solace in all of the good works he has done. Peace be with you." 
PDG Jo Ann Parkman, Paris United Rotary Club said, "So very saddened at the death of my wonderful friend, PDG Carroll Fletcher! A finer man never existed and he was so supported of me in my Rotary walk. Carroll, you will be missed!"
