District 5830 has quite a few of them and most are driven by Rotary International (RI) and The Rotary Foundation (TRF) Requirements.Please calendar these three and save yourself time and embarrassment.
Club Project Grants (CPGs) to Use District Designated Funds (DDF)
May 1-May 30 for Club Project Grant (CPG) Final Reports to District CPG Subcommittee Chair or No More Than 30 Days After Completed. Send with all documentation, paid receipts, bank statements, and pictures.
May 1 – June 1 for New Club Project Grants (CPGs) submitted to District CPG Subcommittee Chair. Send with completed, signed MOU and All Required Paperwork.

Until June 30 your Club can submit Resolutions to the Council on Resolutions for consideration by RI. The Council on Resolutions meets yearly and more information is available on My Rotary under https://my.rotary.org/en/who-we-are/about-rotary/councils council-on-resolutions-how-to-propose-resolutions.
Don’t be left out… so now you know!
The reason for the deadlines is TRF will not release funds for the new District CPGs until all Completed CPGs are all in and TRF funds accounted for.
Remember if your signature is on the MOU you, individually, are primarily responsible for CPG grant funds.
