Cedar Creek Lake Rotary Club invites you to their 15th Annual Rotary Benefit Golf Tournament on April 20, 2018. Registration 10:00 am, Lunch 11:30 am: Shotgun Tee-off 12:30 pm
PLACE: Pinnacle Golf Club, 200 Pinnacle Club Drive, Mabank, Texas
ENTRY FEE: $100.00 per person/$400.00 per Team before April 20 (Includes green fees, cart, lunch, dinner, practice balls, one putting string and two mulligans per person)
Pricing on day of Tournament is $125.00 per person/$500.00 Team

Cancellation Policy:
- If golf tournament is postponed due to weather or other events, the tournament will be held on May 11, 2018.
