Congratulation to Mineola Rotary Club, 2nd Quarter 2018 Bulletin Contest winner.   Mineola Rotary Club joins 4th Quarter 2017 Winner- Texarkana Sunrise Club and 1st Quarter 2018 Winner - Clarksville Rotary Club as the 2017-2018 Quarterly Winners.  These clubs will compete for the 2017-2018 Best Bulletin and the winner will be announced at the District Conference October 19 - October 20, 2018 in Longview, Texas.
