Quitman Rotary Club serving Special Olympics. PDG Bill Hedges, Pres. Steve Straznicki, Sam and Martha Scroggins, and Becky Crump joined community volunteers to put on the Pilot Club’s Special Olympics Track Meet for over 200 athletes from NE Texas schools.
