Each year, up to 60 Rotary World Peace Fellows are selected to begin one-to two-year master's degree programs in conflict resolution, peace studies, international relations, or international development at six Rotary Centers. Ten fellows on average are assigned to each Rotary Center.
After graduation from the program, the alumni, known as Rotary World Peace Fellows, will be looked to as leaders who will promote national and international cooperation, peace, and the successful resolution of conflict throughout their lives, in their careers, and through service activities.
Currently, Peace Fellows are working with international organizations such as the United Nations, World Bank, International Organization for Migration and Organization of American States, as well as with national governments, bilateral and international nongovernmental organizations, and consulting firms.
